Nós moramos dois anos no Brasil.	We lived in Brazil for two years.
Ela está no primeiro ano.	She is in the first grade/year.
Ela está no primeiro ano (de medicina).	She is in her first year (of medicine).
Eu vou ao Brasil uma vez por ano.	I go to Brazil once a year.
Ele é um ano mais velho do que eu.	He is one year older than me.
Eles vão se casar no ano que vem.	They will get married next year.
Ele vai terminar o ensino médio no próximo ano.	He will finish high school next year.
