Eu não estou me sentindo bem hoje. I am not feeling well today.
Como vai/está seu pai? Bem, obrigado/a. How is your father? Fine, thanks.
Você fala português muito bem. You speak Portuguese very well.
Muito bem! Well done!/Great!
O hotel fica bem perto da praia. The hotel is very close to the beach.
Bem feito! It serves (you/him/her) right.
(Meu) bem, ele quer falar com você. Honey/Baby/Darling, he wants to talk to you.
O banheiro é ali, bem. The bathroom is there, (my) dear.
Está bem. Eu ligo pra você amanhã. It's alright/All right. I will call you tomorrow.
Não é bem assim. It is not exactly/quite like that.
Bem que eu gostaria de ir com vocês. Of course/Sure I would like to go with you.
Ele fez isso para o seu bem. He did that for your own good.
Bem, vamos mudar de assunto. Well, let's change the subject.
Ela está sempre bem-humorada. She is always well-tempered/in a good mood.
Eles têm muitos bens. They have lots of assets/properties.

 

Remark: The opposite of bem is mal. Bem is often confused with bom.
