Gelatina colorida (Colorful jello)

Ingredientes: Ingredients:
1 pacote de gelatina de morango 1 package of strawberry jello
1 pacote de gelatina de abacaxi 1 package of pineapple jello
1 pacote de gelatina limão 1 package of lemon jello
1 lata de leite de condensado 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 lata de creme de leite 1 can of thick cream
1 pacote de gelatina sem sabor 1 package of unflavored gelatin
Modo de fazer: Preparation:
1. Prepare todas as gelatinas de acordo com a instrução no pacote, mas reduza a água quase pela metade. 1. Prepare all the jellos according to directions on the package, but reduce the required water almost by half.
2. Coloque as gelatinas separadamente em fôrmas retangulares e deixe gelar até ficarem firmes. 2. Pour the jellos separately into rectangular dishes and chill until set.
3. Corte as gelatinas em cubos pequenos e coloque os cubos numa tigela. 3. Cut the jellos into small cubes and put the cubes in a bowl.

4. Bata no liquidificador o leite condensado e o creme de leite.

4. Blend the condensed milk and the thick cream in the blender.

5. Prepare a gelatina sem sabor de acordo com a instrução no pacote e adicione a gelatina ao leite condensado e creme de leite. 5. Prepare the unflavored jello according to directions on the package and add it to the condensed milk and thick cream.
6. Despeje a mistura sobre os cubos de gelatina. 6. Pour the mixture over the jello cubes.
7. Coloque a gelatina colorida na geladeira e deixe gelar até ficar firme. 7. Pour the colorful jello in the fridge and chill until set.

Remarks:

  • You can buy any flavor that you like, but choose different colors.
  • Instead of thick cream, you can use fresh double cream or whipping cream. 
  • You can find sweetened condensed milk and thick cream in Brazilian supermarkets, in Asian grocery stores or in deli shops.
  • You can replace sweetened condensed milk with unsweetened evaporated milk and add sugar to taste.
