| 1 pé de alface |
1 head of lettuce |
| óleo de oliva, vinagre, sal
e pimenta a gosto |
olive oil, vinegar, salt

Modo de fazer: |
Preparation: |

1. Lave as folhas de alface. |
1. Rinse
the leaves of lettuce. |

Escorra a água e coloque as folhas numa tigela. |
2. Drain the water and put
the leaves in a bowl. |
| 3.
Tempere
a salada com óleo, vinagre, sal e pimenta a gosto. |
3. Season the salad with
oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. |
Remarks:
- For every spoon of vinegar, use 2 spoons of oil.
- If you wish, you can add some slices of tomatoes and
finely chopped parsley and onion to the lettuce salad.
