Salada de alface (Lettuce salad)

Ingredientes: Ingredients:
1 pé de alface 1 head of lettuce
óleo de oliva, vinagre, sal e pimenta  a gosto olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper to taste
Modo de fazer: Preparation:
1. Lave as folhas de alface. 1. Rinse the leaves of lettuce.
2. Escorra a água e coloque as folhas numa tigela. 2. Drain the water and put the leaves in a bowl. 
3. Tempere a salada com óleo, vinagre, sal e pimenta a gosto. 3. Season the salad with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

Remarks:

  • For every spoon of vinegar, use 2 spoons of oil.
  • If you wish, you can add some slices of tomatoes and finely chopped parsley and onion to the lettuce salad.
