In an instant I imagine a
beautiful seagull flying in the sky |

Flying, going round the
huge curve north-south |
| Vou com ela, viajando
o Havaí, Pequim, Istanbul |
I go with her, traveling
to Hawaii, Beijing, Istanbul |
| Pinto um barco a vela
branco navegando |
I color a white sailboat
sailing |
| É tanto céu e mar num beijo
azul |
It's so much sky and sea in
a blue kiss |
| Entre as nuvens, vem
surgindo um lindo avião rosa e grená |
Among the clouds, comes a
beautiful pink and wine color plane |
| Tudo em volta, colorindo
com suas luzes a piscar |
Coloring everything around
with its lights that blink |
| Basta imaginar e ele está
partindo sereno e lindo |
Just imagine and it will be
leaving serene and beautiful |
| E se a gente quiser, ele
vai pousar |
And if we wish, it's going
to land |

On a piece of paper I draw
a ship ready to sail |

bebendo de bem com a vida |
With some good friend
drinking and happy with life |

the other I am able to pass in a second |

I turn a simple compass and
in a circle I draw the world |

caminhando chega no muro |
A boy walks and walking he
arrives at the wall |
| E ali logo em frente a
esperar pela gente o futuro está |
And right over there is the
future waiting for us |
| E o futuro é uma astronave
que tentamos pilotar |
And the future is a
spaceship that we try to pilot |

nem tem hora de chegar |
There is no time, no pity,
not even arrival time |
| Sem pedir licença muda a

Without apologizing, it
changes our life |
